Common questions
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, any time, from your account. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, then drops back to the free plan.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. Moving up takes effect right away and Stripe prorates the difference. Moving down takes effect at your next renewal.
- What happens to my work if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Projects and snapshots past the free plan limits become read only until you move back up.
- Do you offer refunds?
- If something is not working as described, write in and we will make it right. We would rather fix the problem than keep the money.
